Cancellation Policy

Donations made through Shabdlangar are generally non-cancellable once processed, due to the nature of our real-time fund allocation.

Exceptions:

• Recurring donations can be cancelled anytime by emailing care@shabdlangar.org at least 5 days before the next billing date.
• In case of duplicate or mistaken payments, contact us within 3 days of the transaction.
